Hello, i have problem with my shop that is the customer cant open the store until sign in

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with this request, to ensure it gets resolved. To gather a bit more information, is your customer seeing this when they’re attempting to complete their purchase?
If so, it’s likely that you’ve set the checkout to require customers to have an account in order to complete their purchase. To adjust this, you can head into ‘Settings > Checkout’ from within the Shopify admin. Under the Customer Contact Method, you can unselect the ‘require customers to log in to their account before checkout’ option.
