Why can't customers check out items on SunnyDayStyle.com?

Hi there,

A customer just contacted me saying they are getting the following error when they attempt to check out on my site. The message they get is the following :

“Checkout isn’t available in preview”.

After receiving the error, they tried different browsers and got the same issue. I am not on Trial status or anything like that. Wondering what might be the issue. I am rather concerned to say the least.

I tried going through checkout, and I was able to see shipping. Do you know what was in the cart at the time or the state to which it was being shipped when the error occurred?

Karlie here from the Shopify Guru Team! I’ve tried going through to your checkout and I’m not seeing the error message either. Can you tell me what the customer was trying to purchase and the country that they’re buying from? What browser was the customer using and were they trying to pay via PayPal, Google Pay or Shop Pay?

It was 3 notebooks/journals in the cart. and being shipped to Texas / U.S.

I found my customer was getting to my Shopify site through my Face Book business page Shop Now link. I think the problem was that the link I put in that FB Page was not correct. I revised it so hopefully all is good. My customer was able to purchase her 3 items.

Hi guys,

I tried to checkout on my own website and received this error. Even I use Incognito or clear all my cache. It is still the same. Please help me.

Karlie here! Let me try and run a test checkout for you - I won’t go all the way through the checkout phase, but I’m going to try and troubleshoot. What items were you adding to cart when trying this order on your store? What country was the shipping address set to?

Hi,

I have also found this issue with my site. A friend has told me a friend of his cannot checkout due to the same error message. I am on a paid account. The customer is in the US (we are UK) and using desktop but not sure of browser, can find out. Can someone help please?
