hi Christy here, im deaf and a friend of mine made a website thru Shopify and I see the new website here but a frie3nd tried to place order thru my site but it says it can’t be checked out, it also says I need a logo etc. I am clueless… help!!! @Shopify_77 @Troubleshooting

No worries about feeling clueless, we all start somewhere! Can you show me with a screenshot the exact error you are seeing when you try to checkout at the moment? It could be that a payment gateway has not yet been added to your store - I have a guide here on how to do this if this is the issue.
As for a logo - we have an awesome tool for this .This makes it really easy to create a unique logo for your store. I’d love to hear more about your business - what are you selling? What are your goals?
