For the past 3 days our customers are having a similar issue. After they enter their credit card information, they are seeing a shipping error such as “The shipping options have changed for your order. Review your selection and try again.” or “A new delivery condition in the seller proposal must be accepted in order to continue”.

We are experiencing the extra same error message. Did you find a resolution? I’m thinking it might be the quantity break discount app we are using. Because, it happens more frequently when there are more than 1 item in the cart.

Orders have started coming in the past few days, however I am still in contact with Shopify Support who tells me that although some orders are getting through, they are sill working to find the cause and solution. I’ve seen other merchants also saying some orders are getting through, and others not. Support tells me they will reach out when a permanent fix it in place.

This is happening again. Last time it was a bug that Shopify had to resolve on their end.

Nothing has changed about this product, but all of the sudden this morning I have reports from customers about this error appearing after they enter their credit card information and hit pay now.

getting the same issue. checkout works with shop pay, but not when entering cc manually.

support says “I tried to replicated the same order and did not receive the same order.”

getting the error in different computers, browsers, networks, trying different items, emails, and shipping addresses.
