Why can't customers install the approved OurPublic app?

Our Public app has been approved as a listed app on the Shopify App Store, but customers cannot install the app.

When the customer selects add app from the app store, the following error will be prompted.

Hi,

Check if you are using outdated api calls.

Go into your partner account, then apps and there will be some information about what needs to be updated for the app.

We have updated the API version to 2021-07. However, the API health still prompts fix by APR 1. Please help us how to check if we use outdated APIs.

Nick here from Shopify! That does seem very strange for sure.

Just seeing from your latest screen shots it looks like you’ve tried to update the app on the backend but it’s still giving you an issue. It’s really difficult to know what exactly is happening or causing this without taking a much deeper look into the backend or your partner dashboard. Your best next step here would be to reach out to our Partner support directly and one of our advisors can look into this with you in real time to see what could be causing this. If you log into your Partner dashboard and then click the support link on the side as seen in the screenshot you can access the support team.
