This is my store.
At the moment we received customers enquiries that they are unable to log in via account page.
We tested a few possible customer journeys. Like login using header menu account icon from homepage, collection page, or PDP. All failed.
The only way that a log-in is smooth at the moment is when they log-in until they are at checkout page.
Any ideas of what is the issue there?

To resolve your issue quickly, you should reach out to the Shopify support team directly via their Help Center using this link. Once you visit that link and log in to your account, you can submit a support request with the team, and they’ll be happy to continue assisting you on live chat, email, or through a callback.
The Shopify support team will help you check further and figure out the cause of the issue.
If there is a third-party app that affects your customer login, Shopify will help you contact the app developer to resolve it.
