Why can't customers pass robot verification at checkout?

Hi there,

When customers attempt to sign in at checkout they are receiving this page ( linked image ). They are unable to submit a robot verification and can’t log in. Shopify support cannot help and I want to avoid reaching out to the theme developers as they are unhelpful.

If someone could assist that would be amazing.
