Why can't customers remove items from their cart on my website?

Hi there

I have some customers having an issue on their cart. They are unable to remove item quantities. The minus button does not work.

What could this be?

Hey @danielleloader ,

If you have only 1 item, you need to click the “trash” icon to delete the item from cart.

This is to prevent accidental double clicks and removing the item completely.
