I am not sure why, but other countries keep emailing saying they can’t check out with their country. When I check my website, it only shows United States and it greyed out, so you cannot choose another option, I do not understand why though, please someone can you help?

If anyone is reading this and experiencing the same problem, we found the solution on another thread:) Wanted to share here: Just go to settings - then Markets - from there you can activate the other (international) markets. Check back on your store and you should now see the ability to choose other countries, just as we did!
