Customers having issues setting up accounts. When a customer sets up an account it says to follow the link in the email. But there is no link just a create account button that takes the customer back to the create an account screen.

A merchant reports that customers cannot successfully complete account registration. The activation email contains only a “create account” button that redirects users back to the account creation screen, rather than providing a proper activation link.

Thank you for the screenshot showing the email and describing the issue you are experiencing.
Have you altered your customer notification emails at all? It doesn’t look like your notification emails are the base templates any longer. I would recommend copying your current email templates into a note file and then reset them by going to Edit Code > Revert to default inside the notification template page.
If you reset the templates without first backing up your original template layout in a notepad or something similar there will be no way to recover it.
Also, are you using any third party email apps that override your default Shopify notification templates? If yes, please check the email templates in there as well to ensure they are setup properly with the correct prompts.
