My store says it’s active but people say they can’t see the products. Can someone please help me?

I am sorry to hear that your customers are unable to see your products, hopefully it is something we can solve quickly for you. Can you tell me if all products are affected or just some? How many users have reported this so far?
As mentioned by @oscprofessional , it would be awesome if you could provide the store URL so that we can test things here on our side for you. Is it possible that your products/collections have not been set to as ‘active’ in your online store? That is always good to check out first. If you decide not to make a product available to a particular sales channel, then it will be hidden from that channel’s product catalog. You need to set the products as active on the online store.
To view or change a product’s availability settings:

From your Shopify admin, go to Products.

Click the product’s name to open its details. The product is available to the sales channels listed in the Product status section.

Set the product status as active.

Click Manage.

Select the channels and apps to make the product available to.

Click Done.

Click Save.
