Im trying to acessa the “CPF” of my costumers (CPF is much like Social security number in USA). But I just can see the e-mail and celphone number. I cant even seen the Adress.

Personal data such as CPF, or someone’s SSN is not something Shopify collects at checkout. Information required for shipping the customers information, such as name, billing address, and payment information will be collected; however, full payment information is not provided to the store owner.
If you’re not seeing an address in the customer profile, then it would suggest your customer did not provide it. That could be due to your customer filling in a newsletter popup where only their email would be collected. Should they purchase something from your store using the same email address, then their billing information and order history would be added to their customer profile.
May I ask why you’re needing to collect CPF information from your customers?
