Why can't I access all my uploaded images on my site?

Every time I try to add a logo/image that I have already uploaded I can’t get to it. It only shows 4 images. It shows I have 49 images in my library but only the 4 show up. I can’t scroll down, I’ve tried to sort/filter but the image I want isn’t within any of the parameters. I feel like I am uploading images multiple times.

Have you tried clearing the cache and reloading the browser?

if it still doesn’t work, can you send me a video of the issue? You can use loom.com
