What type of website privileges do I need to access cname? I need to create a link to Klaviyo.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing your domains DNS Records, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you currently using a third-party domain?
If so, you can head to your domain provider to access the domains DNS Records. The CNAME Record however, should be set to shops.myshopify.com in order to be pointing correctly to Shopify. For more information on DNS Records, you can check out our Connecting Third-Party Domains documentation as it touches on this further.
If the domain was purchased through Shopify and/or managed by Shopify, you will need access to the domain section of the Shopify admin to view the DNS Records. To view this information, you can:
- Head to Settings > Domains, from the Shopify admin.
- Click the domain that you want to configure.
- Click Domain settings > Edit DNS settings.
- Click Add custom record, and then select the record type that you want to add.
- Enter the required details for the record, and then click Confirm.
