Why can't I access my account despite correct login details?

Can’t login to my shopify account. Every time I login it says that “There are no active shops associated with your account. Log out and sign in with a different account to get a PIN.”.

I tried using different devices and different browsers and I cleared caches and cookies, same issue everytime.

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble accessing your account. Have you already been in touch to our live support team in regard to this issue?

If not then I would recommend connecting with live support in order to troubleshoot your account for you as I am unable to access accounts from the forums here myself. They will be able to look closer into the issue with your account from there. As you are unable to generate a pin for authentication purposes, please visit our help center here and follow along with my video here to ‘continue without logging in’.
