It has been a week now that I cannot get into my shopify website. The 2 factor is turned off, but when I go to log in it brings up my old phone number that is no longer in service. The shopify support “chat” agent all say the exact same thing, wait for the accounts dept to look into it…its been A WEEK!!! I have never in my life been locked out of an account longer than the time it took to reach out to support. Now they don’t even have the callback feature anymore so that we can at least talk to a human. ZERO SUPPORT FOR A WEEK.
