I can access account from my phone and the people i have helping me run the account can gain access . But when i try to get access on my laptop or another cpu it won’t let me in.
Can someone assist asap
Issue: Original poster can log into their Shopify account on a phone, and collaborators can access the store, but login attempts from a laptop or another computer fail. They request urgent assistance.
Clarification requested: A support rep asks for the exact error message shown during laptop/computer login attempts to better diagnose the problem.
Suggested steps:
Context: “Admin” refers to the Shopify store’s backend dashboard. The rep notes a likely cause could be using an outdated or incorrect password on new devices.
Status: No resolution yet; awaiting the user’s error details and/or screenshots after trying the password reset and verification steps.

Hi, @Primemarvin !
Thank you so much for connecting with our network and sharing your concerns.
It sounds as though you are having trouble logging in to your Shopify store via new devices. Can you further explain the particular error message you are seeing when you attempt to log in?
It’s very possible that you are using an old or outdated password to attempt new log-ins which could be the reason you are unable to advance into your Admin. Have you tried to re-set your password as of yet? You can also compare the password you use with new log-ins compared to what is stored locally on other devices such as your phone. Each phone will have various instructions on how to access saved passwords, so make sure to consult the user or software manual for your device.
I do recommend trying that route to ensure you are not experiencing any user errors, but if you do run into more obstacles make sure to grab a screenshot of your experience to share back with me here.
I look forward to your reply,
