Why can't I access my account settings page?

I can’t seem to access my account settings. When I’m on the home page for my account and click Settings in the bottom left corner, the settings appear as a greyed out screen that is inoperable, and if I click on the screen, the whole thing goes away and I’m back on the home page. I tried accessing with two different browsers, same result. I’m logged in, everything else seems to work except that. I attached a screenshot of what the greyed out screen looks like. I can’t scroll or click anything.

I’m having the exact same problem. Got it recently.

A temporal solution is using your browser’s inspector and deleting the div with the class “dfQKR”.

I tried uninstalling the 2 apps I had, and still the same problem.

I’m having the exact same issue, not sure what’s going on???

So Shoppify support gave me this answer:

In case anyone has urgency, you can do the next to access the settings.

1.- Click on settings.
2.- Click the next ctrl + shift + c
3.- Click on the dark screen
4.- On the inspector delete the dfqkr div

SAME ISSUE HERE. I CONNTACTED SUPPORT AND THEY SAID TO BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR NEW INFO ON THIS ISSUE ON THE SUPPORT PAGE. BUT I FIGURED ID COME CHECK HERE AND SURE ENOUGH IM NOT THE ONLY ONE. IM ALMOST READY TO LAUNCH..THIS IS BS.

Looks like it’s an error from the Shopify system. Try logging in via Firefox or Internet Explorer to open it.
