I’m sorry to hear that you were unable to login to your store. If you’re seeing an error message that says It looks like you don't have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access., but you have been able to login previously, I recommend following these troubleshooting steps:
- clear your browser’s cache and cookies
- check for browser updates
- try an incognito browsing window or test another browser
- try another device or network
- login via the Shopify mobile app
