I received an email months ago to verify domain but that link has now expired and now I can not access it nor create a new one with address. Please help.

I understand that the email link to verify your domain has expired and you no longer have access. To gather a bit more context could you let us know what provider you’ve purchased your third-party domain from?
Since the verification link has expired, you’ll need to contact the original provider and see if they’re able to cancel the transfer and re-initiate the whole transfer process. Please note that it can take up to 20 days to transfer your domain. Your domain continues working during the transfer process.
You can also check within your Shopify admin, Settings > Domains section if your domain is eligible for transfer to Shopify and review your domain provider’s transfer policy. For more information check out our resource on transferring third-party domains to Shopify.
