I can’t access my pass key

I understand you need assistance logging in as you’ve forgotten your passkey.
Could you advise if you are logged in on another mobile device with your passkey? The reason I ask is, you can delete/change the passkey from your mobile device in order to be able to log in.
Another option is using your recovery codes to log into your account. By chance, did you save your recovery codes to a desktop device? If so, I recommend checking your downloads’ folder for a file named “shopify_recovery_codes.txt”. This is the default file name that is given to the recovery codes.
If you’re unable to update your passkey or locate your recovery codes, you’ll need to contact our support team through the Shopify Help Center. This is because our team has the tooling to assist you with regaining access to your account.
