Why can't I access my mobile-created account on a desktop?

I created an account on mobile, made a shop with some apps and bought the £1 for 3 months basic. I then tried to log into my account on desktop but cannot access that shop and I have to make a new one, and I don’t have the basic subscription that I have on mobile. I’ve logged out and back in multiple times and checked the details are correct.

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you are having with accessing your new store account. Regardless of what device you made the store with, you should be able to access it through any web browser.

Do you still have access to the store on your mobile device? If yes, please follow these steps to ensure you are signing in with the correct email address:

Sign into the store admin

Go to Settings > Users and Permissions

Click on the Store Owner name to confirm email address for the account.

Head over to your desktop device

Clear your browser cache and cookies

Go to Shopify.com and login using the email address confirmed from your mobile device.
