I am unable to access my store. I when I search it the store comes up but cannot open. It reads opening

I’m sorry to hear that you are not able to access your store. Are you able to provide some more information about if you’re unable to view your online store, or are unable to log in and access your admin?
If you were unable to access your admin, this could be related to an issue that we had earlier that some Shopify stores experienced. This issue has since been resolved and you should be able to access your admin now.
If you are having trouble viewing your online store, this could be related to many issues. For instance, a local issue with your device, or a domain issue that is preventing you from accessing the store. My first suggestion would be to try these troubleshooting steps below:
- Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
- Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues.
- Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
- Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)
