I can’t access my account on the website but I’m still logged in via app, the problem I’m having is that the log in information doesn’t work anymore therefore I can’t access my account on the website site. but I’ve been using the login in information since I registered my store. I really don’t know what’s causing this issue. I think The problem started when I tried to change my email address I don’t know if the new email has been verified it doesn’t work either to log in. I need help!

I understand how important it is to access your account. You mentioned that you are able to access your shop via the Shopify app since you are already logged in, but are unable to log in anywhere else. Can you try inputting your email address in our email recovery tool? Doing so will send a list of your accounts under a specific email. From there, you can look to reset your password and access your account.
