- Are you unable to access your Shopify admin or your storefront (Your storefront is the webpage that customers see.)
- Is the access issue due to a forgotten password or login credential?
- Please share a screenshot of the issue (ex. if it’s your storefront or when you try to log in to your Shopify admin)
- Could you try accessing your storefront/admin in another browser or using a different device, such as mobile?
