Why can't I access my online store account?

Hello,

I have a store front that i have yet to use. I have been paying for the domain name. I attempted to log into the account and my email was not recognized. I had to create a whole new account. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for the other store, but yet i cannot access it. I have not used any other email because i receive all correspondence through the only email i use. Can someone please help me get access. I’m going around in circles with this help center chat!
