Looking into this, it looks like you may be using a Staff account on the Shopify store. The reason for this error could be due to the Staff account permissions that have been set for the account. You should be able to contact your Shopify store admin and make them aware of this. They would be in the best position to update the staff account permissions.
If you are the Shopify store admin and you are receiving this error message, could you let us know what page you are attempting to view?
