Why can't I access my online store and how to fix it?

Hi,

I can’t access my sopify store and get this : How to fix it ? i have tried call sopify support 4 times, and they said, "the specialist team will be checked but after 2 weeks i waited, my store is none and keep errors.

"There’s a problem loading this page

Your account slidekiz3@gmail.com doesn’t have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page."

Please, if someone have experienced like this share to me.
