All of a sudden my website went offline. I’m not able to access my shop and I can’t contact support for immediate help. I have no idea what the problem could be. Since I don’t have access to the admin dashboard I can’t investigate that way either. How do I get direct support on my site??

Hi,

My friends and I have the same problem today. I think this is error from your system. Although, I move DNS to another host but the website save Shopify’s cache. Then, I can not access to the website.
