I cannot open my Shopify Store (destinnglasses.com). I have tried clearing my cache, and on 4 different devices as well(laptop, mobile). Still can’t open.
this problem start from 26th July. Need help as possble fastly.

me too. stores connected to custom domains cannot currently be accessed.
there are 30 stores, and all of them cannot be accessed.
my domain A record and CNAME are all set well.
i just bought a new domain and tried to connect it, but I can’t access the site with that domain.
i wonder if Shopify is aware of this situation. why is there no notice?

We have had some reports of some storefronts being inaccessible in Korea, is this where you’re based by any chance? If this is not the case, would you mind trying out the troubleshooting steps below for me?
- Try a different web browser, as well as incognito or private windows to rule out any browser issues.
- When using incognito, if you’re still experiencing a delay, confirm you have disabled browser extensions, as these can change how pages function and look.
- Ensure your web browser is up-to-date on the latest version (we don’t support every browser, but we do support these here).
- Try on the Shopify Mobile App; this is usually the best step to try, as it will rule out any browser issues.
- Ensure you do not have any firewalls or pop up blockers enabled on your device, as these can interfere.

They haven’t been any reports of such issues with domains on the Shopify side.
Can you provide some domain examples so that I can check if I have access on my side? Are they third party domains or Shopify managed domains? The more information you can provide, the more I can help. In the meantime, I would suggest looking over our support resources on domains here in order to help you out!
