Why can't I access my online store's dashboard after payment setup?

After a few days of customizing my store adding the pages and setting up the settings, I added my payment card in order to activate my account.

I automatically my store shot down I cant access it again the page said contact the support

It seems that this could be either of two things; you’ve entered incorrect information or haven’t set up something properly. We first suggest trying the below.

You’ll need to ensure that your domain is correct or not.You’ll need to ensure that your third-party domain points your domain name at your Shopify store. You’ll need to include the domain without ‘www’ at the beginning. When you enter your domain URL into a browser, they will be presented with your store.

you should first buy the domain for your shopify store.

Thank for your answer , if you want to apply your solution Shopify should allow me first to access my dashboard and make the changes,in my case now I cant don anything rather than waiting

What kind of card are you using to try to pay for a plan? We have a list of accepted payment methods for Shopify billing:

If you are using an accepted payment method but still cannot pay for the subscription and open your store, could you please contact support for more account-specific help?
