I appreciate the context and screenshot that you have shared with us as that is very helpful! Could you let us know which theme you are using for your online store? Did you also make any custom coding changes to the theme, by any chance?
If you are unsure about which theme is live on your store, you can navigate to the Theme Editor and select the three dots that are appearing towards the top left of the page. I took a screenshot from my test store to show you the section I am referring to:
Looking into the Split theme, I did notice that this is a third-party theme that is designed and supported byKrown Themes. With that being said, we are a bit unfamiliar with the style of coding that is used within the theme.
If rolling back the theme does not successfully work for you, I would reach out to the third-party developers of the theme and bring this to their attention. They should have additional support to assist you with the theme. I did come across to finding their Contact Us page and wanted to provide it.
