Why can't I access my own website anymore?

A couple days ago, my website suddenly stopped working, I can no longer open the website von any device. I also ask a friend to try and login, but he wasn’t able to either. The error message says,“ The webpage at (Website link) might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address. I can figure out what the problem is. Please advise! Thank you!
