Why can't I access my second Shopify store as an administrator?

I have two stores, one is temporarily closed and the other I cannot get into, as I am the administrator, do I have to re-open my main account to give myself access as administrator again for my other account. this message keeps coming up.

“It looks like you don’t have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access”

It seems like you will need to contact the store administrator for access. This issue typically comes up if your access to the admin back-end has been revoked by someone else.

Your first store being closed should not affect another store (if both were paid for separately, as far as I am aware).
