Why cant I Get into my shop administrator?

Are you having trouble accessing your storefront or your admin? We did recently have a platform-wide admin issue that has now been resolved.
Please let me know if you are still having issues and where exactly you are having issues accessing.
I have internet, but when I access my shop it says no internet access.

Can you access your store on a different browser or device? I suggest clearing your cache and cookies, as it may be a connection issue. Let me know if that works for you!
