I have been trying to get onto one of my sites on shopify to pay the bill. I cant even access it without it coming up with the error that “site is currently unavailable” i need this problem resolved asap.

i need help re activating my store when i tried purchasing the monthly subscription after spending hours building my webpage it was deactivated. why is this happening ? here is my ticket number 30544008.

Hey I am having the same issues and I been trying for the last 3 days and I spoke to my bank everything is working fine with my account they said it’s the platform it’s not allowing me to pay my bill

It’s not even allowing me to access the help center it’s says “
