Why can't I access my statement page from different tabs?

Hi,

I am unable to access the shopify statement page from other tabs . For example if I go to my shopify store and click on
Settings->Billing->View statement of charges I am able to access the page but if I copy the page URL and then paste that link on other tab then it shows me a error

Kindly please let me know why this is happening previously I was able to access this page from other tabs as well

We are sorry to hear you are having this issue, I would be happy to offer some suggestions for this. First, are you ensuring that you are logged in as the Account Owner of the shop rather than any staff accounts? Any billing information will only be visible to Account owners. I would also recommend clearing your browser history/cookies and cache, refreshing the page and trying again. You can also try access this area by using an incognito or private browser and logging into your shop. Please feel free to reach back out here if you are still having trouble accessing this area after the steps above have been confirmed and tested.

Yes, I am logged in as the Account Owner of the shop. As I mentioned I can access when I go to Settings->Billing->View statement of charges. But when I copy the URL and paste the URL in next tab then it shows the error

That is curious, is there a specific reason you need to open the statement in a new window? Does this happen no matter the browser you use, including incognito and private browsers? -Marty

Yes, I have a specific reason for opening URL in new tab. I am generating a public App in which for some requirement user will click on the button and he will redirect to his statement page of store in which he is logged in
