Why can't I access my store after late payment?

Hey Nick,

I don’t know why I can’t access my Shopify store, I tried to update my card to make payment but my store just froze, I don’t know what to do, i dont have any option to go to the billing setting,

Please help,

When adding/changing a payment method to pay your Shopify bill, you’ll want to ensure it’s the following:

  • a valid credit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • a debit card that is co‑branded with Mastercard, Visa, or American Express
  • Shopify Balance in some regions
  • PayPal in some regions

In order to take a look at your account and assist you further, I recommend contacting Shopify Support via the Help Center. You’ll need to log in to your store and follow the prompts where you’ll see our available contact options.
