I have two stores and I attempted to transfer a domain from one store to the other but I transferred the wrong domain and now I can’t access the store with the proper domain in order to transfer it. The status page claims all systems are operational but still no luck. I am on chrome.
Hey, @kevin_mears ! Sorry to hear you’re having trouble accessing one of your stores. Have you triedclearing the cache on your browser yet?
If clearing the cache doesn’t help, please reply back here to let me know. Please also include more detail on what exactly happens when you try to access your store, and include a screenshot if you can. For example:
- Are you experiencing the issue when you try to login?
- Is the access issue from your storefront?
- Are you receiving any error messages?
