Why can't I access my store even after payment and clearing browser cache?

I can’t access my store after I paid for my first plan

I’m trying to access my store it’s say ‘’There’s a problem loading this page’’ I have cleared my browser Cache and Cookies. And I have also try access my store on different browser it keep saying some things.

What do you mean by third-party app

while the app I installed recently was Judge.me and the app is for review

This is what it’s say when I try to access my store and I didn’t install any app that’s developed by Shopify…. No third-party app
