Why can't I access my subscription on my laptop?

Hi there guys,

I recetly bought a shopify subscription. The subsciption on my phone works fine, however I can’t seem to be able to access it on my laptop, although it’s under the same account?

Please advise if you can help.

As long as the account you’re using on the Mobile App, and your desktop, are the same, then you should be able to login no problem, and access the store that has the active subscription. If you’re finding that the store you have the active subscription with isn’t visible when trying to select a store, you may be logged into a different account on your desktop. Double-check to make sure that you’re using the correct account by logging out of the account on the desktop, and logging back in.

If you find that your issue persists, then please reach out to our Authenticated Support Team via our AI Assistant. They’ll be able to get you authenticated, collect some account information from you, and assist more in-depth with troubleshooting.
