Why can't I access my test store despite being a team member?

I’m creating a Shopify app, and my boss doesn’t want to give me admin access, so he created the test app and test store tied to it. Then he gave me access to the test store, and showed me a screenshot that I’m under “Team members with access”. When I try to run the app via command line, it generates a tunnel which redirects me to the test store’s page. It claims that I don’t have access “Unable to access [store name]. It looks like you don’t have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.” despite my boss giving me access. The store is even listed under my stores when I’m logged into the app and click “select store”

Why can I not access my store?

I’ve tried:

  1. logging out/in

  2. Clearing cache

  3. Opening incognito

  4. Selecting a different browser

  5. Logging in on my phone rather than browser

Could you share more insight and what troubleshooting steps you’ve taken so far? If you’re able to share a screenshot of the issue when you attempt to log in, that would help us have more insight.

Have you tried logging in from other devices or browsers?
