Why can't I access my website even after logging in?

Topic summary

Users report being able to log into Shopify but unable to load their storefronts on web browsers (desktop and mobile). The browser shows a “site cannot provide a secure connection” error, suggesting an HTTPS/SSL (secure connection) issue. Access via the Shopify mobile app still works.

A community member states Shopify is aware of the platform issue and is working on a fix. They share the official status page (shopifystatus.com) for live updates and include a screenshot (helpful but not necessary to understand the issue).

Another user asks how long the repair will take; no estimated time of resolution is provided in the thread.

Key actions: monitor the Shopify status page for updates. No user-side fixes are recommended, implying a platform-side outage or SSL/TLS certificate/handshake problem. Status: ongoing at the time of the posts; resolution not yet confirmed.
