I can’t open the website in public

Welcome to the Shopify Community - thanks for reaching out here for assistance. I understand that you are experiencing an issue with your store/website where you cannot open it to the public.
I would love to help you troubleshoot this further, however I will need some more context and information on exactly what is happening. For now, some things that you can double check include the following:
- Disable your password page: If your password page is still enabled, customers won’t be able to access your store. When you are ready to go live and launch your store, you can follow along with the instructions here to remove your password page.
- If you are using a third-party domain, check to make sure that it is configured correctly. You can use a tool such as whatsmyDNS to make sure the correct DNS records are showing. We also have this guide on our help center you can reference.
- Check to see if there’s any warning messages in your Shopify admin, or if you received any emails from our team which could indicate there’s a problem with your store or account that needs attention.
