I’ve taken a look at your store (yirasofiaboutique.com) and I didn’t have any luck replicating the issue on my desktop or smartphone. Can you confirm whether you’re still experiencing this issue?
If the issue continues to persist on your end, then I would recommend trying to clear your browser’s cookies and caches to see if that helps resolve the issue. However, if the issue has been resolved, then could you share the solution as it may help others struggling with the same issue.
That being said, I think your store looks amazing! While it does look like you’ve already launched your store, I think there’s an opportunity to add a logo for your business and add more content to your homepage using the other sections offered by your theme. Sections, like the Image with text overlay, is great for showcasing products and sharing your brand’s stories. Since some merchants feel that removing the “Powered by Shopify” message can help make their website look more professional, would this be something that interests you? Have you considered using something like Shopify Inbox to interact with customers live on your store?
