Why can't I access my website on Shopify after a break?

Been having trouble where after a three month break I can’t access or find my website. When I went through security and got loged back on to my shopify account my website was gone. It was acting like I never did anything. Saying I have a free trial and says I have no website. I have had isses a year ago getting kicked off and needing to redo my domain information where I just entered the same thing again. Like a glitch in the system? Could I possibly be in a different server or my domain needs to be fixed? Not sure how it would change itself but perhaps during an update?

I know my website is floating around and I know I have the correct email and website. Also the reason I know my website is around case I tried adding my website to thr domain in shopify and it said a website with that name already exists! Also when I go to my website it says comming soon and when I enter my password it says it’s wrong?

My website is moonlitchant.com if anyone has any ideas.

To gather a bit more context, could you advise if you received a 10-digit verification code to the account owner’s email? The 10-digit code should be sent to the email address on file to allow you to log in. Please make sure to check your inbox, spam, junk and filtered folders.

If you’re unable to access the email address on file or receive the 10-digit verification code, I recommend contacting our support through the Shopify Help Center. The reason I suggest this is that our team will need to authenticate you and take a closer look at your account to ensure you’re able to regain access. You can create a support request through the help center, log in to your account, follow the prompts and select one of our available support options.

Did you send me a 10 digit code? I have older 10 digit codes from the other day. That was when it wanted to verify it was me. I have those codes but the have expired. What email did you use to send them?

Also I think the issue is with my domain and perhaps something happend with an update.? Also does shopify have back ups of my website?

Through our community forums, we are unable to authenticate or provide account-specific information. Therefore we are unable to send you the 10-digit verification code. When you attempt to log in to your store, a 10-digit verification code will be sent to the account owner’s email address on file. The purpose of this code is to verify the account-owners access and adds an additional layer of store security. If the code has expired, you can request a new code and attempt to log in again.

In regards to your second question, Shopify does not generate a backup of your website. However, we do have a resource on backups and duplication where you can use a CSV file to backup your store information.
