I can’t access my store and also tried renewing my subscription but it is declined. Kindly assist.

I tried accessing the store and it does appear to be offline, so if you have not heard from anyone at Shopify yet about this, I would recommend contacting our support team so that you can be authenticated on the account and we can look into this for you. You can reach out to our team through the Shopify Help Center.
