I have a Shopify collabs account but when I try to go to the Discover section it is saying I don’t meet requirements. I live in a qualifying country, have made an account & have 1200 followers on Instagram. I have attempted to connect and disconnect my instragram multiple times. I cannot figure out how to contact support.
Can anyone help me?

If so, then it’s likely that that information hasn’t registered yet. To get this corrected, you will want to connect with us directly. This will allow our support team to take a closer look, as we wouldn’t have access to any account details through the Community. They will also be able to ensure it gets resolved, as long as all other requirements are being met.
