I have been using the Help Chatbot for months now and for the past week, every time I click the Chat with Support button, I am sent back to the Help Center instead. I have now tried this on both Chrome and Safari, but it will not work on either. Can someone please help me?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with accessing support, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, you’re experiencing a loop whenever attempting to contact Shopify Support correct?
If so, I recommend attempting the following troubleshooting steps listed below to see if this helps to resolve:
- Clear your Cache and Cookies.
- Access the shop from an Incognito Tab.
- Try accessing the shop from Another Browser (i.e Safari, Chrome, Firefox).
- Attempt using Another Device.
- Try uploading from the Shopify Mobile App.
If after completing all of the steps outlined above you continue to experience this loop, please let me know so I can investigate further.
