Hi
I am unable to access any kind of active support. I have tried community to no avail and trying to contact takes me in a loop going nowhere. I believe there is livechat somewhere but I am not seeing that either.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Many thanks for your swift reply. The problem is I cannot access that page. I have done all you have suggested and I get back to the first page again- in a loop. I cannot get to that page,

Still going round in a loop.
I have recently changed to Dawn theme. Would this be a reason?

I got there eventually but has to go through 2 set of topics to find it. It is not very clear particularly when the problem bears no relation to the topics. This has taken hours over several days and really could be made simpler, I am sure.
